Venue General

Function: Engagement, anniversary, reunion and birthday (excludes 21st birthdays).

Terms:

Room Hire

  • Non Member $150
  • Member $100
  • $55 charge is required for all functions this cover special license for bar.

 

Hire includes

  • Bar Staff for 8 hours and up to 150 people. (This includes a bar manager)
  • Tables and chairs for up to 150 people.

Extras:

Bar staff

  • If your function exceeds 150 people, an extra charge of $15 per hour
  • If function exceeds 8 hours an extra charge of $25 per hour

 

Caterer

  • We have our own excellent caterer who can cater for small, medium or large functions from finger food to served meals. Arrange menu with caterer and payment directly to caterer. Caterer may be contacted through the office
  • Should you wish to use your own caterer then a charge of $200.00 must be paid for hire of kitchen. (Crockery, cutlery, grill and deep fryer not included)

 

Cleaning 

  • A fee of $100 will be charged for cleaning, unless you would like to do this yourselves

 

Accessories available

  • Background music 
  • Overhead projecter $50
  • Surround sound system for ipod $20 (limit on volume to be used)
  • Microphone $20

Conditions:

Payment

  • Hire charges 7 days prior to room hire
  • Bar costs must be paid to the Bar Manager at the conclusion of the night
  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 payable on booking
  • Any additional costs to be paid within 7 days

 

Room hire

  • Room hire is from 6pm until 12pm

 

Liquor

  • All alcohol and non alcohol must be purchased through our bar. Wine, Beer, Spirits and soft drinks are available through the Club at standard club prices
  • Arrangements may be made for a dry till or you may arrange to have a dry till run for selected drinks and the guests may pay for any other drinks at their own cost

 

Cleaning

  • The rooms must be left clean and tidy before 10 am the following morning. Any furniture moved must be placed back in position as per seating plan. (Available from bar staff) or you may arrange for us to clean for $100.

Penalty payments:

  • Any candle wax spills, carpet soils that require attention or extra ordinary cleaning required a $50.00 cleaning charge will apply.
  • Malicious damage will be claimed from the person hiring the club; the club will supply an independent quote for the repairs. It is then up to the hirer to seek a claim from the party that caused the damage.
