Venue Conference

  

Terms:

  • Room Hire. Non Member Full day $150.00. Half Day $100.00. Member 20% discount.
  • White Board $20.00 (Includes Red, Blue, Green marker pen)
  • Overhead Projector $50.00
  • Microphone $20.00
  • Surround sound system for ipod $20.00
  • Round of golf $20.00 per person. Each player must have a set of clubs.
  • Golf Club Hire available through pro shop.
  • Bar available on request. Club prices.
  • All prices are inclusive of gst.

Caterer:

  • We have our own excellent caterer who can cater for small, medium or large conferences from finger food to served meals. Arrange menu with the office

Conditions:

  • Room hire, Full day 8am to 5pm, half day 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm, unless prior arrangements for longer hours.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 payable on booking.
  • Balance of room hire to be paid 7 days prior.
  • Liquor supply. Beer, wine and spirits must be purchased through the Club Bar at standard club prices.
  • Arrangements may be made for a dry till or you may arrange to have a dry till run for selected drinks and the guests may pay for any other drinks at their own cost.
  • Bar costs to be paid at the conclusion of the conference.
  • Any additional costs to be paid within 7 days.
  • The Clubs Bar Manager must be present for all functions.
  • The rooms must be left clean and tidy. Any furniture moved must be placed back in position as per seating plan. (Available from bar staff.)

Penalty payments:

  • Any malicious damage will be claimed from the person hiring the club; the club will supply an independent quote for the repairs. It is then up to the hirer to seek a claim from the party that caused the damage.
