Sample function menu
All menus are Buffet service
Option 1: $20 per person
- Choice of one meat
- Hot
- o Champagne ham glazed
- o or
- o Chicken drum stick
- o or
- o Crumbed Hoki
- Hot
- o potato with mint
- Select any four of the following:
- o Cold:
- o Mixed bean salad
- o Coleslaw
- o Green leaf salad, tomato and garnish
- o Beetroot
- o Hot:
- o Mixed carrots and bean
- o Baby corn
- o Mint peas
- Selection of breads or rolls
Option 2: $25 per person
- Hot
- o Champagne ham glazed
- Second meat: select one of the following.
- o Hot:
- o Chicken drum stick or Crumbed Hoki
- o Cold:
- o Corn beef or Roast beef
- Hot
- o potato with mint
- Select any four of the following:
- o Cold:
- o Mixed bean salad
- o Coleslaw
- o Green leaf salad, tomato and garnish

Option 3: $30 per person (Choice of either starter or dessert)

Sample supper menus
Option 1 $7 per person
- 1. 1x hot savoury, 2x quarter sandwich (1 filling), 1x small cake or slice
OR
- 2. 2x hot savouries, 1x small cake
Option 2 $10 per person
- 3. 1x hot savoury, 2x hot mini spring roll, 1x hot fish bite, 2x quarter sandwich (up to 2 fillings), 1x small cake or slice
OR
- 4. 1x hot savoury, 2x hot mini spring roll, a selection of 2 cold meats rolled and served on platter with bun, 1x small cake or slice
Option 3 $15 per person
- 5. 2x hot savouries, 2x hot mini spring roll, 2x hot fish bites, 2x hot samosa,
2x quarter sandwich (a selection of fillings), 1x small cake or slice
OR
- 6. Hot champagne ham, with a selection of breads, buns and fillings to allow guest make own sandwich from selection
OR
- 7. 2x hot savouries, 2x hot fish bites a selection of 2 cold meats rolled and served on platter with bun, 1x small cake or slice
OR
- 8. Salami, cheese and cracker board selection
Tea and Coffee
- 9. Tea and coffee is complimentary with each of the above options
